Terms and Conditions

Delivery Addresses & Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete, accurate and recognised by the relevant postal or courier service.

Abu Qumash is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or parcels returned to us where the delivery address provided by the customer is incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or cannot be recognised by the postal or courier service.

If a parcel is returned to Abu Qumash for this reason, the customer will be contacted regarding the available options. Where the customer requests a refund, the cost of the goods may be refunded once the returned parcel has been received and inspected. Any delivery charges will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights. Where a further delivery is requested, the customer may be required to pay the applicable cost of re-delivery.

Customers should carefully check their delivery address before completing their order. Abu Qumash reserves the right to request confirmation of an address where there is reason to believe that the address may be incomplete or unrecognised.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
